How do I take care of my jewelry?
18KT Gold Plated Brass
Our jewellery is handcrafted in brass and plated with 18KT gold. As with all fine objects, it should be handled with care.
- Wear it after applying perfume, hairspray, or makeup
- Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising
- Store in a soft pouch, separate from other jewellery
- Clean gently with a soft cloth, without rubbing or using abrasives
With proper care, your pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
Shipping & Returns
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
Returns/ Exchanges
Our store policy is NO refunds or returns, though we are happy to exchange items that you are unsatisfied with within 24 hours of receiving them for a different item, provided that the original piece is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.
In the event of an exchange (includes sizing issues as well), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer won't be refunded.
